Out of hours contractors are not a replacement for contacting 999 or utility companies’ emergency numbers.
The nature of the call-out may require additional equipment for health and safety reasons, which may not be possible for the out of hours contractor service. They will advise if this is the case on your call, where possible.
Leaseholders can securely access the latest information regarding their property using our MyBlockMan web portal.
Payment of service charge is in two installments due by 25th March and 29th September each year.
Payment of Ground Rent (currently £200 per annum) is due in one sum to the Freeholder on 24th June each year.
